As mentioned in my previous post about Husker Du, back in my college days I had a cassette with Flip Your Wig on one side and King of America by Elvis Costello on the other. The two may seem like an off-balance mix, but as I wandered around the U of M campus and rode back and forth on the MTC buses, that tape seemed to capture my duplicitous personality perfectly.

Right on! I'll forgo a long rant and say simply that MN guys of our vintage have the BEST musical tastes. I occasionly check our Bob Mould's blog, but it's not always my "cup of tea." Also, THIS totally kicks ass. Great post, Terry.

"Guys of our vintage" - Ha! It sounds like we're in imminent danger of pulling the waistbands on our pants up under our armpits and yelling at the neighborhood urchins to stay off our lawn...
